Annie Selke teams up with Property Brothers design adviser on co-branded textiles

Pittsfield, Mass. – She is a member of Team Jonathan on HGTV’s “Brother vs. Brother” home improvement show, and now she works with The Annie Selke Companies,.

Marie Flanigan, director of award-winning design firm Houston, Texas Interiors Marie Flanigan, has created a new soft home line in collaboration with Annie Selke, founder and Chief Vision Officer. The Marie Flanigan collection for Annie Selke combines traditional and timeless elements with modern touches in Flanigan’s signature palette of sumptuous neutrals.

The assortment features subtle textures on 45 handcrafted rugs as well as plush bedding, decorative pillows and plush accessories. The palette of creamy oats, rich caramels and crisp whites is punctuated with dusty pinks, ocean blues and forest greens.

The Marie Flanigan Collection for Annie Selke features the Houston designer’s signature palette.

“After being in the design industry for over a decade, I noticed a common thread in the types of textiles that appealed to me, but I always struggled to find the right pieces,” said Flagangan. “I dreamed of creating my own rugs, bedding and pillows that could bridge the gap between what I was trying to find and what was actually available.”

Selke, whose rugs and bedding are sold by more than 6,000 fine retailers globally, said she was immediately drawn to the Houston-based interior designer’s aesthetic.

“As a trained architect, she masters proportion and balance, two essential elements of great interior design. Also, his attention to detail is extraordinary, not fussy, just fabulous,” noted Selke.

The collection will be launched in September.
