Residents of Provenance Camberwell given a taste by Beulah

Beulah offered a preview of his latest development at Provenance Camberwell, with a fully completed and furnished apartment now available for future residents to view as part of the $30 million project.

Designed by Elenberg Fraser, Beulah expects settlement to be reached for the project later this month. Comprising 12 residences over three levels, construction undertaken by Iurada Property Group has progressed well ahead of schedule, with future residents expected to be home in the spring.

The completed apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is located on the ground floor. The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that open onto lush gardens, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces.

The luxurious palette includes natural stone backsplashes, rich wood flooring with smoky brown hues, and a lush wool pile rug, which is accented by large-format porcelain tiles and rose gold fittings. Residents can also opt for a darker scheme if they wish.

“We are delighted with the progress made by Iurada in the construction of Provenance Camberwell. Alongside the team at Elenberg Fraser, we had bold plans for this project, and it was amazing to see it all come to life, accurately reflecting our vision as things move closer and closer to completion.” , said Adelene Teh, executive director of Beulah.

The accommodation has a private entrance hall, with residents passing through fluted glass entrance doors into the residence. Many kitchen appliances have been fully integrated, with a range of Gaggenau products located throughout.
