Wool carpet tiles for commercial spaces

Introduce the warmth of wool into commercial spaces with wool carpet tiles from GH Commercial. From hospitality and healthcare to working environments, our Australian made carpet tiles made from New Zealand wool are the flexible and renewable way to enhance the natural beauty of your interiors.

Features and Benefits

Enjoy the quality benefits of wool in an easy to manage and install modular tile format.

Thermal control

Warmer underfoot than synthetic fibers or hard flooring, and with the ability to absorb moisture from the air to cushion changes in humidity, wool rugs increase comfort and reduce energy costs .

Hypoallergenic

Wool carpeting is inherently hypoallergenic and purifies the air by absorbing common indoor air pollutants, dust and odors like pet odors (without re-emitting them) until they can be vacuumed out.

Soundproofing

With its heavy weight and loop pile construction, wool carpet retains airborne noise, impact sound and reverberation, making it quieter in rooms and between dividing walls.

stain resistant

Rather than requiring topical treatments, the scales on wool fiber mean that liquids and dirt sit on the surface rather than penetrating the fiber, providing natural stain resistance and ease of cleaning.

Fire retardant

Due to its natural structure rich in nitrogen and moisture, wool is a safe fiber and difficult to ignite. It does not melt, drip or emit harmful fumes, but burns slowly and self-extinguishes.

Renewable

Our wool fiber is produced from a completely renewable source. Every 9 to 12 months the wool is sheared from sheep fed regenerating supplies such as grass, water and sunshine.

Biodegradable

The wool, when separated from the backing, biodegrades in as little as three months and can be recycled or given a second life through our 3R and Loop programs, reducing our impact on landfills.

Sustainable

Made from wool sourced from New Zealand, the world leader in tough micron wool fibre, our wool carpet tiles offer optimum high performance comfort and rugged quality for commercial environments.

Proudly Declare™ Red List Free

As healthy materials are the basis of comfort and well-being, our wool carpet tiles are Red List Free certified by the Living Future Institute of Australia for segments where indoor air quality is a priority, such as l education, health care and workplaces. This ensures that our wool carpet tiles are free of “harmful products” of manufacture that pollute indoor air quality and the environment, and provide healthier carpets for indoor spaces.

Made in Australia

Our wool is sourced from New Zealand and is made at our tile factory in Geelong, Victoria, once known as the ‘Wool Center of the World’. We are proud to support our local economy and ensure that your product will be manufactured and delivered for your project when you need it.

A beautifully renewable flooring

No other fiber offers the natural benefits inherent in wool. And thanks to its renewable source, GH Commercial provides a supply of premium wool carpet tiles, for any project where you want a natural impact.
